Welcome to Salozia! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our B2B digital management and booking platform, which includes a business dashboard and a client-side website (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription: The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.

2. Account Creation and Responsibility

  • Account: To use the dashboard, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • Multiple Salons: Our Service allows you to manage multiple salon locations from a single account. You are responsible for ensuring all information for each location is accurate and up to date.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses or malicious code.
  • Engage in any activity that harasses, abuses, or harms others.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Salozia and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Salozia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
